I went up at the Punch Line for the first time last night. Ahhh, 6 months of waiting. It was an amazingly slow night, so they ended up tossing three of the new generation up onto the stage: Kevin Shea and Louis Katz also went up last night.

I did well. I got good response from a cold crowd, but, more than anything, it was a spiritual success, you know, going up at the punchline and not dying or pissing myself.

Well... Ack, I watched the video. I had no idea I was that fat or gay. Does the world need me as a comic? i'm unsure.

Destiny's Child set has been done at the Punch Line. She'll be placed into the file of sets I'm no longer working on very hard.
A blog about stand-up comedy in San Francisco and the plight of a starting out open mic-er.
